编码器是目前快速门当中最长使用的限位装置。



Encoder is the longest used limit device in the fast gate at present.

分为增量式和绝对值式两种。



It can be divided into two types: incremental and absolute.



二者与不同的变频器调配使用的调试办法会有所不同，因此，今日的文章不通用于所有口操控器品牌。



They will be different from the debugging methods used in different frequency converter allocation. Therefore, today's article is not applicable to all mouth controller brands.



绝对型旋转光电编码器，因其每一个方位绝对唯一、抗干扰、无需掉电回忆，现已越来越广泛地应用于各种工业系统中的视点、长度丈量和定位操控。



Absolute rotary photoelectric encoder, because of its absolutely unique orientation, anti-interference and no power-down memory, has been more and more widely used in the viewpoint, length measurement and positioning control of various industrial systems.

Connection debugging method of absolute encoder for Daqing Express Gate stacking door



1 变频器操控形式改为绝对值编码器形式（C31.05=2），把编码器连接好。



1. Change the control mode of frequency converter to absolute encoder (C31.05=2), connect the encoder well.



（如未连接，变频器会呈现 A.LC报警提示）。



If not connected, the frequency converter will present an A. LC alarm.



2 确定编码器装置方位。左边设定C31.06=1。右侧设定C31.06=0。



2. Determine the orientation of the encoder. Set C31.06 = 1 on the left. On the right, set C31.06 = 0.



（注：绝对值编码器装置在减速机上为例。）

3 短接端子上的G和X4，进行下限及上限的方位设定。



The G and X4 on the short terminal set the position of the lower limit and the upper limit.



4 下限设定：点动下降，调整门到下限方位。



4 lower limit setting: click down, adjust the door to the lower limit orientation.



按下急停按钮，按住下降按钮2秒。变频器呈现AT0提示，下限设定结束。



Press the stop button and hold down the drop button for 2 seconds. The transducer presents AT0 prompt and the lower limit setting ends.

5 上限设定：点动上升，调整门到上限方位。按下急停按钮，按住上升按钮2秒。



5 upper limit setting: point up, adjust the door to the upper limit orientation. Press the stop button and hold the up button for 2 seconds.



变频器呈现AT0提示，上限设定结束。



The transducer presents AT0 prompt and the upper limit is set.



（如需求半开/全开功用，设置C31.08=1。



(For half-open/full-open functions, set C31.08 = 1.



在“手动”设置半开上限，在“自动”设置全开上限，操作办法相同）。



Set half-open upper limit in "manual" and full-open upper limit in "automatic", the same way of operation.



6 移除G和X4短接线，能够进行正常的开门/关门操作。



6. Remove G and X4 short wiring to perform normal open/close operation.
