门布原料：一般以PVC或PVDF膜材作为帘布，特别是PVDF膜材抗老化性能更好，不易退色并且有自洁功用，做快速卷门十分适合。

产地以德国产或法国产的为首选。厚度0.8mm-2.0mm。2.0mm厚的门片，会将整个产品结构改动。

驱动电机：「哈尔滨快速门」用的都是制动减速电机，要求制动快且噪音小。一般市场上卖的制动电机要么制动作用不好要么制动噪音很大，都不太适合用于快速卷门。


Driving motor: Fast rolling doors are all brake deceleration motors, requiring fast braking and low noise. Generally, the brake motors sold on the market are either not good at braking or have high braking noise, which are not suitable for fast rolling doors.



速比1:10-1:15比较适宜。这是全新的一种操控方法，运行中止时是不需求靠制动器来刹车的，燥音进一步降底。



The speed ratio is 1:10-1:15. This is a new method of control. When the operation is stopped, the brake is not needed, and the dry noise is further lowered.



工作进程：由开门传感器提供触发信号给操控体系，操控体系根据快速卷门的当前位置发出指令给变频器，启动驱动电机使门帘快速上升，车辆行人通过后门帘主动下降，关闭通道，直到下一个开门信号再次打开。



Work process: The trigger signal is provided by the open door sensor to the control system. The control system sends instructions to the frequency converter according to the current position of the fast rolling door, starts the driving motor to make the door curtain rise rapidly, and the pedestrian descends actively through the back door curtain, closes the channel until the next open door signal opens again.



顾名思义，快速卷门升降速度十分快，不能像钢制卷闸门相同直接启动中止，一般需求变频器来操控电机的转速。



As the name implies, the speed of fast coiling gate is very fast. It can't start and stop directly like steel coiling gate. Frequency converter is usually needed to control the speed of motor.



上升时越快越好，快到位时(20cm左右)需求有一个减速缓冲中止进程，以避免碰击轨道，避免夹人，下降噪音，这也是衡量「哈尔滨快速门」性能好坏的一个标准。



The quicker the rise, the better. When it is in place (about 20cm), there is a deceleration buffer suspension process to avoid collision with the track, clamping and noise reduction. This is also a criterion to measure the performance of the fast rolling door.
